We have an experienced and qualified team of workshop based and mobile engineers carrying out after sales support, servicing, repair, thorough examinations and relevant MEWP specific inspections. All our engineers are CAP (Competent Assessed Persons) qualified by the International Powered Access Federation, have many years experience in MEWP engineering, and are IPAF certificated MEWP Operators and Demonstrators. In other words, they are not just plant engineers, they are specialists in MEWP engineering with extensive experience across all categories of MEWP, from 1a to 3b category machines.
Mobile engineers can visit you at your premises with fully equipped vans to carry out Thorough Examinations and scheduled maintenance together with repair/replacement work for minor components. Our maintenance package is "all in", including travel costs and consumables - no hidden extras.
Major repairs can be carried out at our Depot Workshop, fully equipped for all engineering tasks and heavy lifting, and we can collect and deliver your MEWP as required.
Our "peace of mind" Service Contract offers exactly that. We plan and provision for 6 monthly service and Thorough Examination visits, contacting you when a visit is due, thus relieving you of the worry of checking due Examinations and servicing.
And you will know when Rapid is with you, as our engineers are all dressed in Rapid uniforms and driving Rapid liveried vans.
