The Load/Unload IPAF training course covers the loading, safe transportation and unloading of typical MEWP loads.

Load & Unload MEWP Training

This IPAF operator course combines a theory test with a session of practical training and assessment.

Course content -

basic legislation concerning goods vehicle drivers

accident prevention and control measures

suitable transport vehicles

principles of loading/unloading and load restraint

hazard identification

load marking and securing

Candidates must be over 18 years old, hold a current IPAF PAL card and possess a DVLA C or C1 licence.

IPAF Course Details

IPAF cherry picker training courses generally last 7-8 hours. Training courses will take place at Rapid Platforms training centre unless otherwise agreed. Please call our training department on 01279 501501 to request on-site training. Full joining instructions will be sent by e-mail before the training date. Candidates must bring their own PPE (Personal Protect Equipment).
